Makoto, located in the exclusive Bal Harbour Shops, announces its New Year’s Eve dinner for guests to ring in the 2012 New Year. For $120, diners can enjoy a multi-course tasting menu Omakase style, all specially created by Chef Makoto Okuwa, including a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. For an additional $65, a beverage pairing menu is available. Makoto is also offering a limited a la carte menu.
