The biggest celebration in the Southern hemisphere, Brazilian Carnival comes to La Côte at Fontainebleau Miami Beach on Saturday, February 21st. Sponsored by Leblon, carnival-goers can celebrate with Brazilian flare at the hotel’s chic, two-level restaurant, La Côte with festive cocktails, traditional fare and high-energy entertainment amongst picturesque ocean views.
Taking place from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 21st the Brazilian Carnival at La Côte brings Rio to Miami Beach with live Brazilian music, samba dancers, a circulating Caipirinha beverage cart, giveaways from Leblon and authentic Brazilian fare. Guests can feast upon Brazilian favorites such as Picanha, a traditional cut of top sirloin grilled to perfection; Calabresa Sausage, cured pork sausage with calabresa chilli pepper served on a hibachi grill with french fries and Fried Yuca, served golden brown and topped with Parmesan cheese. A circulating beverage cart will be preparing Fresh Fruit Caipirinhas tableside, made with Leblon Cachaca Brazilian rum, fresh pineapples, strawberry, lime, simple syrup and a splash of soda water. Additional cocktails and the restaurant’s regular menu will also be available.
La Côte at Fontainebleau Miami Beach is located poolside next to the Ocean Lawn at 4441 Collins Avenue, on Miami Beach, FL 33140. Hours of operation are as follows: Lunch and early Dinner is from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily; and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday through Saturday.
