Who/What: Known for its succulent rotisserie chicken and as a leader in the fast-casual dining industry for almost 45 years, Colombia-based Kokoriko will introduce a new culinary concept to the U.S. market, Kokoriko Natural Rotisserie, which will open-to-the-public on Friday, April 27, 2012 in downtown Miami’s Brickell area.
To celebrate the opening of Kokoriko Natural Rotisserie, the restaurant will offer 50 % off all menu items for anyone who visits the restaurant opening weekend, during lunch and dinner service.
(Offer includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and will be available for dine-in service only.)
Created in collaboration with celebrated chef/restaurateur Richard Sandoval, Kokoriko Natural Rotisserie is a modern interpretation of the original brand. Sandoval has taken the restaurant’s traditional recipes, including the original secret chicken marinade, and infused them with the vibrant flavors of Latin America. The affordably priced menu will feature a selection of enticing chicken specialties made with locally-sourced, free-range, all-natural chicken along with Latin American comfort foods.

Kokoriko Natural Rotisserie will officially open to the public on Friday, April 27, 2012 for lunch and dinner. Valet and metered parking will be available.
