BLOOM, Wynwood’s ‘It’ spot for Asian and Latin American street food, is pleased to present its lineup for Art Basel Miami Beach 2012, the 11th edition of the most prestigious art show in America. From Monday, Dec. 3, to Sunday, Dec. 9, the restaurant, which merges culture, cuisine and expressionism for a unique dining experience, will showcase photography by Jose M. Sarti, exhibiting his passion for and admiration for nature, as well as local bands that will provide beats during dining hours.

Executive Chef Ricardo Sauri and Chef Sergio R. Rivera Alamo will offer guests a custom Art Basel lunch menu in addition to the new Winter Happy Hour menu, which features a selection of $4 libations, wells, nibbles, craft beers, wine and sake from 5 to 8 p.m.

The Art Basel lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., will feature a selection of Latin American and Asian plates, including:

BLOOM Combination Plates, choice of Galby-Style Short Ribs, Oxtail, Pork Belly, Chicken Coban Adobo, Viet Salmon or Jalea, accompanied by a Bloom Salad Roll and choice of Curry or Veggie Fried Rice ($21)

BLOOM Veggie Plates, Veggie Rice or Aged Tofu, accompanied by a Bloom Salad Roll and Vegetable Stir Fry ($15)

Soup and Salad, chef’s daily soup with butter lettuce salad, miso dressing, shredded parsnip, choclo, Asian pear and Katsuo Furikake ($13)

Banh Mi, Vietnamese sandwiches served on French baguette with rice chips and pickles

o Pork Belly, Mirasol sauce, pickled carrots, cucumber, peanuts, QP Mayo, red onions, cilantro and Thai chilies ($13)

o Duck & Foie, Foie gras spread, picked carrots, cucumber, peanuts, red peppers, scallions, cilantro and Thai chili peppers ($15)

o Chicken,Viet sauce, QP Mayo, cilantro, Thai chili peppers and red onion ($12)
