The recently remodeled downtown Miami dining destination, Chophouse Miami Bistro & Lounge by chef Jacques Van Staden, will celebrate this Thanksgiving holiday with a decadent three-course prix fixe menu incorporating influences from around the world with those of the traditional American holiday. Priced at $55 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity), the Thanksgiving menu will be available during lunch and dinner service on Thursday, November 24, 2011. The regular a la carte menu will also be available. Chophouse Miami Bistro & Lounge is located at 300 South Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami. On Thanksgiving Day, the restaurant will open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and for dinner service from 4 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. A private dining room is available for up to 40 guests.
