Housed within the iconic Versace Mansion, Il Sole restaurant is the signature restaurant of boutique hotel The Villa by Barton G. and will feature an approachable, yet refined, Italian-focused menu with Mediterranean influence.

The kitchen has created a menu of architectural presentations that include Pistachio Seared Hawaiian Ahi, Lobster, Beet and Burrata Salad and Charred Calabrian Octopus. In addition, three cuts of a Moroccan-spiced Lamb Tagine and a Butter Poached Maine Lobster are among the signature entrées offered at Il Sole.
