Delicious options from Chef Steve Zobel include: Butternut Squash Soup; Pan Roasted Filet Mignon with lobster béarnaise sauce, truffled mashed potatoes and creamed spinach; Turkey all the fixings, garlic and herb roasted turkey, truffles mashed potatoes, butternut squash puree topped with meringue, sautéed brussel sprouts, wild mushroom stuffing and pan gravy and a selection of amazing desserts from Chocolate Mouse Bomb to the Smash Bar.
