Edge, Steak & Bar is celebrating Mother’s Day with a memorable Sunday Brunch inside the Four Seasons Miami Hotel. On Mother’s Day, the restaurant will serve a savory buffet-style brunch with all the classic trappings; as well as interactive fare offered to guests with creatively designed food stations that include: Viva la Mexico with Chilaquiles and Tacos, Cuban Food Truck with roast suckling pig, house-made pickles, Cuban bread and glazed spring ham. Other stations include Edge carving with slow roasted lamb, prime rib and red snapper, Peruvian Seafood, omelet stations and more. Brunch will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is priced at $99 per person, $45 for children (ages 5 to 12). Reservations are recommended at 305-381-3190.
