GOTHAM STEAK - Indulge in the New Year with a variety of savory dining options. To begin, diners will be served apple wood-smoked salmon rillettes with crème fraiche, steelhead caviar and toasted brioche. The second course dish is Berkshire pork belly with green apple, ivory lentils and foie gras. For the main course, diners can choose between pan roasted colossal prawn with avocado, chorizo and chayote escabeche or mesquite grilled filet mignon with lobster butter, truffle and white asparagus. For dessert, choose between orange vanilla cremeux with pistachio meringue, raspberry sorbet or dark chocolate bourbon mousse with crumbled toffee, roasted banana and caramel ice cream.
During the first seating, Gotham Steak will also offer a four-course vegetarian dinner menu. To start, diners can enjoy roasted and raw root vegetables with hazelnuts, arugula blossoms and goat cheese, followed by fresh carrot soup with toasted curry crème fraiche and golden raisins. For the main course, diners can choose between slow poached duck egg with ivory lentils, parsnips and caramelized salsify or porcini risotto with shaved chestnuts, sunchokes and pecorino sardo. Dessert options offered will mirror those on the non-vegetarian menu.
