Oh, Oh…It’s resolution time again! The time of the year when you’re looking to break bad habits, pick up good ones and wake up to a fresh, new 2014 choked full of promise and success.
So in-keeping with the ideas of success, fortune and promise, the Federal restaurant will be offering a New Year’s Eve Feast inspired by the new year allegory and festivities. Chef Cesar Zapata has created a 5 course feast integrating ingredients representing the symbolic nature of the new year as his partner in crime, Ani Meinhold, will be pairing it with 5 different types of bubbles.
Five course feast will cost $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity; sparkling wine pairing will cost $30 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The Federal will be taking open reservations from 7pm to 10:30pm
Complimentary midnight champagne toast and gold coins for good luck are included.
