This Mother’s Day at Quattro, Lincoln Road’s Northern Italian dining destination – which is opening its second outpost this spring in Mexico City – twin chefs Nicola and Fabrizzio Carro are inviting guests to enjoy an array of specialty dishes, in addition to the regular menu.
Diners can begin with polpette di vitello con ripirno di mozzarella di bufala e tartufo nero - veal meatball filled with buffalo mozzarella and truffle ($26), which earned a third-place award at 2012 Bali Hai at Kampong. Mainplate specials include a sumptuous risotto carnaroli con burrata aragosta del Maine e caviale beluga - risotto with Maine lobster burrata sauce and Beluga caviar ($60) and specialty desserts such as a fig tart with milk chocolate gelato ($12) will also be available.
