PB Steak will host an Easter-themed brunch featuring many of their regular brunch favorites, along with Easter specials, reminiscent of Chef Jose Mendin’s family traditions in Puerto Rico. A delicious jamon con piña with sides, and leftover-inspired options such as the mouthwatering medianoche sandwich, made with jamon con piña and housemade pork belly.
Taking place from noon-4pm, Easter brunchers can enjoy much of their favorite Pubbellyesque favorites, with a brunch twist, along with $20 bottomless mimosas or $28 bottomless Bloody Mary’s, sangrias and mimosas. A la carte brunch items feature a full raw bar; shareable plates with delicacies including, Blue Crab Bread Pudding Florentine with poached egg, spinach and hollandaise; Housemade Bacon Confit with home fries, poached egg and bourbon jus; Soft Scrambled Eggs with oysters, caviar, crème fraiche and leeks; Fried Sweetbreads & Waffles with fennel salad and soy maple; and Pumpkin Pie Pancakes with pecan butter, bourbon maple and foie mousse. Brunch cocktails include bold mixes such as a classic Guey’s Cup - Pimms no.1, blanco tequila, cucumber, lemon, mint; Pink in the Center - gin, aperol, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, the House Bloody - vodka, aji panca, lemon, pepper and Worchester; and the Raspberry Bellini with housemade raspberry marmalade and prosecco.
