Join our Dinner in Paradise series. Our next dinner on January 8th features Dewey LaSossa from The Forge, David Brancha from River Oyster Bar and Timon Balloo from Sugarcane! Enjoy a tropical evening with fun chefs, great food and fine wine in our open air gazebo and showcase organic farm.
Guests begin the evening (5pm) with sparkling wine made from local tropical fruits and passed hors d'oeuvres. After an edible tour of the 5-acre organic farm by founder and owner Gabriele Marewski, the group moves to a comfortable, open-air gazebo decorated with lanterns and white linen communal tabletops with imaginative, delicious centerpieces. Meanwhile our rotating lineup of three chefs from Miami's top restaurants is ready to serve the magic they have been creating.
It's not just a meal, it's an experience!
A portion of the proceeds go to the non-profit Youth LEAD Miami for planting food gardens in schools.
Paradise Farms' next Brunch In Paradise will be January 15th with renouned Chef Kira Volz. Chef Kira always has a delicious menu featuring products from the farm and local organic eggs and cheese along with mimosas made with Schnebly's wine!.
