Wynwood Kitchen & Bar: This Cinco de Mayo, Wynwood Kitchen & Bar (WKB), the artsy restaurant/bar serving up Latino-inspired global plates in a cool, hip ambiance, will feature fiery favorites ($7- $9) and cocktails for the fiesta. In authentic Mexican style, dishes will include queso fundido - Mexican crumble chorizo, chihuahua cheese, flour tortillas; guacamole - roasted jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, house made chips; and shrimp or pork tacos - flour tortilla, lettuce, tomatoes, pickled pepper, chipotle glaze. Tequenos - queso fresco, empanada dough, roasted garlic crema; and Mexican elote - corn, cotija cheese, and chipotle mayo, will also be included in the Cinco menu. Cocktails to wash down the delights will include the Peppery Pepino – Zignum reposado mescal, King Ginger liquor, red pepper, cayenne pepper, fresh lime, cucumber; and the Wynwood Inferno – Don Julio silver tequila, passion fruit juice, lime juice, jalapeno, cilantro.
