Prix-fixe Menus
Celebrate the season at Asia de Cuba at Mondrian South Beach. The restaurant will offer two separate prix-fixe menus featuring their signature fusion fare, available for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Christmas Eve:
Prix-Fixe menu items include Salt Cod Croquette salad of tomato, avocado, onion, Seville orange, soy vinaigrette; Mojo Marinated Shoulder of Pork Caja China moros y christianos, roast plantain mashed potatoes, napa cabbage with chicharrones, shisho and thai basil chimichurri.
Christmas Day:
Guests can savor the flavors of the prix-fixe menu’s delectable dishes which include an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Menu items are as follows: Stone Crabs mung bean aioli, honey mustard sauce, mizuna, charred lemon vinaigrette; Coffee Crusted Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef yucca galette, chicarrones, mushrooms, shanghai bok choy, toasted coconut, horseradish au jus; and for a sweet treat, Arroz Con Leche spiced rum soaked sundried cherries, cinnamon churros. Prix-fixe menu is available at $52 per person.

A la Carte Holiday Specials
Executive Chef Matthieu Godard brings a selection of a la carte specials sure to delight the palate. In addition to the restaurant’s regular menu guests can enjoy an assortment of extras such as Foie Gras Chaud poached pear, toasted walnuts, brioche, huckleberry compote; Black Truffle Risotto mascarpone, aged parmesan, shaved black truffle; Rack of Venison sweet potato puree, braised Swiss chard, caramelized chestnut, black trumpet mushrooms. End the night on a sweet note with Classic Buche de Noel coffee pastry cream, cocoa nib foam, bourbon ice cream.

Bianca at Delano brings guests a little something extra to be joyful about this holiday season with an a la carte selection of specials in addition to the regular menu. To celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas, Bianca will offer an Italian-inspired selection of festive additions including Delicata Squash Salad ricotta salata, candied walnuts, walnut vinaigrette; Gnocchi di Zucca ricotta, brown butter, sage; Sous Vide Colorado Lamb Chops sautéed baby artichokes, sunchoke purée. Pistachio gremolata, lamb jus and a decadent Christmas Candy Cocktail Godiva white chocolate, nutmeg, mint. Cocktail offered Dec. 18th-25th at Rose Bar and Bianca.

These days, families come in all shapes and sizes and so do Christmas Eve celebrations. Skip the traditional Christmas Eve dinner in favor of Big City Tavern’s Christmas Eve Brunch, complete with Unlimited Mimosas (available with the purchase of an entrée and known for bringing on holiday cheer.) Join City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill for special Christmas Eve offerings! Enjoy East Coast Oysters in the Half Shell as well as Traditional Oyster Stew. Sample the small plate selection including Tuna Carpaccio with avocado, aioli, marinated fennel and salmon roe. Holiday specials for the main course include Maine Lobster Risotto withmâché and black truffle vinaigrette and Breast of Duck and Confit Duck Leg with wild rice, shaved brussel sprouts and a cranberry ginger chutney with natural jus. The pastry kitchen will offer a sweet treat of Linzer Raspberry Hazelnut S'mores with homemade vanilla bean marshmallow and dark chocolate sauce.
