Biltmore Hotel has announced award-winning chef Marsha Orosco as the host for this month’s Chef Culinary Interactive event. Guests will be led under her direction on the best ways to prepare dishes at home, and will be invited to make their own creations during the class. As the Executive Chef of The Dome Coral Gables, Marsha Orosco brings extensive culinary knowledge and passion for unique ingredients to the Biltmore Hotel. The event cost is $65 per person.
September’s Chef Culinary Interactive is open to the public, but reservations are required. Guests will be invited to enjoy the dishes they have created following the demonstration. This will be an opportunity to ask Chef Marsha Orosco any questions about the flavors or consistencies of their meal. Reservations can be made by calling (305)913-3203.
