Culinary enthusiasts will have an opportunity to take part in an unforgettable dining experience when Jamie DeRosa, chef/owner of Tongue & Cheek restaurant, South Beach’s newest savory sensation, hosts visiting chef Brandon Baltzley, author and chef/owner of Chicago’s famed CRUX restaurant, and Jeremiah Bullfrog of Miami’s own GastroPod, South Florida’s roving gourmet kitchen, for an exclusive dining event. Taking place on Monday, May 20th, the night will feature an eclectic seven-course menu, highlighting the creative, technique-driven cuisine for which each chef is known. Seating is limited and is priced at $125 per person, which includes select cocktail pairings, tax and gratuity.
Lauded for their artistic approach to cooking, chefs DeRosa, Bullfrog and Baltzley will combine their talents to create a unique menu showcasing their innovative styles. DeRosa, who has worked alongside some of the industry’s top talents including Allen Susser and Wolfgang Puck, most recently served as executive chef of Tudor House at Dream South Beach hotel before opening Tongue & Cheek, his first restaurant. A native of Miami, Florida, Chef Jeremiah Bullfrog has built a reputation as one of South Florida’s most innovative purveyors of haute cuisine with his catering venture, Bullfrog Eatz, and GastroPod, one of the original Miami food trucks. Hailing from Chicago, Baltzley – referred to by many as the Salvador Dali of the culinary world – is also a musician and the author of Nine Lives: A Chef's Journey from Chaos to Control, which will be available for purchase at Tongue & Cheek the night of the event for $45.

Tongue & Cheek is located at 431 Washington Avenue. Dinner is served nightly from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and ‘til midnight on Friday & Saturday.
