Celebrate the New Year with Bianca at Delano’s extravagant four course holiday prix-fixe menu and champagne toast. The first course offers Grilled Octopus Mediterraneo; fingerling Potatoes, cipollini onions, oregano, capers, lemon-saffron vinaigrette. For round two, enjoy Insalata di Aragosta; Maine lobster, blood orange, frisee, haricot vert, citrus butter dressing. Choices of entrees include Brasato al Barolo; braised kobe short rib, braising jus, celery root puree, micro heirloom carrots or Polletto al Mattone; crispy local poussin, warm heirloom fingerling potatoes. Top off your Bianca experience with dessert; Pannetone con Zabaglione is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Dinner at 6:30pm, Second Seating and Poolside Party at 9pm

Enjoy a celebratory, four course menu prepared by Chef Stefano Riccioletti. Entrée choices include a 12oz Prime Filet Mignon, Pistachio Encrusted Chilean Bass or Lobster Risotto. Antipasti, salad and dessert courses offer equally enticing variety. The menu is available from 6:30pm to 8:30pm for $125 per person or a 9pm to 11pm seating that includes a champagne toast for $175 person. Dinner guests can join the poolside party for a reduced ticket price of $50 per person.

Menu: Three Course Prix-Fixe

Time: 5:30pm- 7:00pm

Start off your delicious three course meal with Smoked Salmon; egg mimosa, capers, crème fraîche, pumpernickel toast or the savory Escargots Persillade with wild burgundy snails and potato croquettes. Main course offerings include Duck Confit; pommes salardaise, broccoli rabe, wild mushrooms and

sweet & sour duck jus and Florida Black Grouper with parsnip purée, caramelized salsify, roasted figs, mustard greens, red wine butter sauce. End your experience with dessert offerings including Crispy Apple Confi; ginger crèmeux, apple mousseline, caramelized puff pastry, calvados milk sorbet or Manderin and Chesnut Vacherin;chantilly, coriander meringue with mandarin sorbet.

Second Seating- GALA Dinner

Time: 8:00pm – 10:30pm

Menu: Six Course Pre-Fix Menu

Ring in the New Year with db Bistro Moderne and a celebratory six course dinner and optional wine pairing with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Enjoy menu offerings created by Chef Mathieu Godard & Jerome Maure including Cured Thai Snapper Ceviche; shaved radish, tapioca pearls hackleback caviar and cucumber broth,Fresh Black Truffle Risotto; mascarpone cheese, aged parmesan emulsion, or Veal Trio; seared tenderloin, braised veal cheeks, crispy sweet breads, spanich subric, baby carrots, sauce gribiche. Mandarin Vacherin with chestnut cream, ginger Chantilly, greek yogurt sorbet and mandarin sorbet will complement the champagne toast to a Happy New Year!

A discounted room rate of $329 will be given to guests holding reservations for New Year’s Eve at db Bistro Moderne.
