This tour is designed to allow people to sip and savor the Art Deco district on a walking tour that explores five delicious cocktails, historical tidbits, and celebrity culture.
Take a leisure stroll through South Beach’s famous streets and discover the ‘spirits’ of Miami while your guide take you inside beautiful Art Deco building to sip on refreshing cocktails. Glimpse into the ingredients of the local cocktail culture and nibble on exquisite bites. Cocktail offerings include stops at Taverna Bolivar, where you will sample Refajo, blend of Colombian soda (similar to a cream soda) and light beer as a refreshing pick-me-up and Aguardiente, a Colombian alcohol made with sugarcane and hints of anise that literally translates to "burning water;" the Tudor House, where you will celebrate Mexicos's culture through an Horchata Rum while admiring the views from the rooftop of one of the most precious Nautical Art Deco buildings in the district; the Cardozo Hotel, home to where “Something About Mary” was filmed and where you will be presented with a classic mojito; and the Tides Hotel, where you’re guaranteed to fall in love with Miami's tropical weather as you enjoy the Florida mangoes in this Mango Margarita while you learn all about the dramatic and glitzy history of the once famous party home turned murder scene of one of fashion’s greatest icons.
Throughout the tour, you will hear fascinating stories & leave the tour with a greater appreciation of Miami Beach, get to know the best happy hours spots; from celebrity hot spots to local dives, leave the tour full of information on how to replicate these unique creations and explore your inner mixologist at home, and contemplate South Beach’s most photographed hotels and hear stories behind iconic movie locations.
