Miami, FL – SuViche, a favorite among Brickell and Downtown locals since May 2010, is proud to announce that it will be opening its second location on August 28th. A combination of sushi and ceviche, SuViche has been offering downtowners healthy and delicious options - including eight types of ceviches, creative sushi rolls that can’t be found anywhere else, and traditional Peruvian dishes – that Miami Beach locals are sure to love.
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to open a second location of SuViche in the heart of South Beach,” says Aliosha Stern, owner & founder of SuViche. “My entire team is committed to providing our customers healthy, interesting, and tasty food in a comfortable and relaxed environment. This opening will give more people the opportunity to try, and love, our unique concept and the goal is to continue to open SuViche locations throughout South Florida.”
What started out as a college project for Aliosha Stern at the Florida International University has now turned into a reality. The 25-year-old Stern has teamed up with renowned chef, Jaime Pesaque, to create a menu that effortlessly combines Japanese and Peruvian flavors, creating a one-of-a-kind menu that includes sushi rolls, fresh ceviche, and Peruvian-inspired entrees and desserts. This unique menu will be a surefire hit in the ever-evolving South Beach restaurant scene.
The Miami Beach restaurant will be located at 1119 16th St Miami Beach, FL 33139/(305)777-3555, right next to Yard Bird, and will be open daily from 11am-12am. Brickell’s location is located at 49 SW 11th Street Miami, FL 33130/(305) 960-7097 and is open Monday thru Saturday 11:30am to 11pm and Sunday from 1pm to 11pm.
