Swanson Wine Dinner at BLT Prime at Trump National Doral Miami. Clarke Swanson of Napa’s Swanson Vineyards travels to the Trump National for an amazing night of spectacular wines and decadent food. The evening will commence with a reception in the restaurant’s private dining room at 7:30 p.m., followed by a four course dinner crafted by BLT Prime Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward, and perfectly paired with stellar wines poured by Swanson. Bottles of the Cardinal 2011 Alexis Cabernet Sauvignon signed by Clark Swanson will be available for purchase following the dinner. The dinner is priced at $95 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
