Sustain Restaurant + Bar, Midtown Miami’s stylish eco-conscious eatery, is celebrating Earth Day 2011 with an enticing five-course prix-fixe menu, featuring the simple and natural flavors of executive chef Alejandro Piñero’s cuisine, prepared from local, sustainable products. Offered during dinner service on Friday, April 22, 2011, the Earth Day menu will be priced at $55 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. The regular a la carte menu will also be available. The Earth Day prix-fixe menu will be available during dinner service on Friday, April 22, 2011 at Sustain Restaurant + Bar, located at 3252 NE 1st Avenue in Midtown Miami.
