The modern American steakhouse BLT Prime is inviting guests to an elegant night of fine dining with a special Valentine’s blackboard menu or a three-course prix fixe menu option, priced at $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). The meal starts off with choice of Yellowtail Hamachi with grapefruit, orange, radish and ponzu ($14) or Braised Beef Cheeks with caramelized fennel, pomegranate and crispy shallots ($15).
Main course options include Alaskan Halibut with shellfish mousse, saffron potatoes and Swiss chard ($36) or Jackman’s Ranch Spinalis with foie gras croquettes, truffle bordelaise, micro carrots and pommes Anna ($42). To accompany the main dishes, guests have a choice of either Broccoli Rabe with garlic, shallots and herb butter ($12) or Spaghetti Squash with brown sugar, maple gastrique and toasted pecans ($12).
Guests can end the night on a sweet note with a decadent Passion Fruit & Almond Cheesecake with blood orange salad and honeycomb or ($10) or share a Strawberry Champagne Mousse with dark chocolate caviar and white chocolate truffles ($20) with your significant other.
