For a limited-time only, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort Presents New York City’s Celebrated Spice Market Menu
The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is delighted to announce the highly anticipated, limited-time Spice Market menu at J&G Grill, the resort’s signature oceanfront restaurant, in partnership with Spice Market, a concept inspired by the street food Michelin-starred chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten enjoyed while traveling in Southeast Asia. Spice Market’s menu authentically uplifts its inspirations with each dish transporting guests to the idealization of a Vietnamese street market or a Thai food stall. Beginning October 15th through November 1st, New York’s famed Spice Market menu will debut at Miami’s premier luxury destination for the first time ever, offering locals and guests a taste of the adventurous flavors of Spice Market’s most popular dishes and signature cocktails.
Combining the best of Asian cuisine, the featured menu, which will be developed by J&G Grill’s Chef de Cuisine Bradley Kilgore will offer a selection of appetizers, including: Soy Cured Salmon, topped with cilantro crème fraiche and Asian pear, and Spiced Chicken Samosas, paired with cilantro yogurt. For an entrée, guests can choose between the Roasted Black Cod with drizzled Malaysian chili sauce or Crispy Pork Duo, perfectly cooked tenderloin and belly with tamarind nuoc cham. Ginger fried rice and baby corn and broccoli with lemongrass and chili will also be available as side dishes. Guests can also indulge in Spice Market’s signature desserts, including: Caramelized Banana, topped with spiced milk chocolate sauce or Thai Jewels and fruit. In addition to the exotic flavors and styles offered on the Spice Market menu, guests will be able to order from J&G Grill’s a la carte menu as well, which includes such celebrated dishes as Local Red Snapper seared with nut and seed Crust or Maine Lobster with potato gnocchi.
The Spice Market menu at J&G Grill will be offered to guests and the public daily from 6:30pm to 10:00pm, Sunday through Thursday and 6:30pm to 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday.
