Daniel’s Miami Hosts The Rare Tour US Debut | October 9 – 11

Gioia Hospitality Group’s Daniel’s Miami will make history as the exclusive U.S. host of The Rare Tour, the globally renowned four-hands dining series produced by the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants. Culinary Director Danny Ganem will join forces with Rockpool Bar & Grill’s Executive Chef Santiago Aristizabal from Sydney (ranked No. 12 worldwide) for a three-night collaboration featuring a five-course menu paired with world-class wines.

South Beach Seafood Festival | October 22 – 25

The South Beach Seafood Festival returns for its 13th year, bringing four days of ocean-fresh flavors and unbeatable Miami Beach energy. Hosted by Tequila Herradura, Jack Daniel’s, and presented by GOYA Foods, this festival celebrates the start of stone crab season and showcases South Florida’s top chefs and restaurants.

James Beard Foundation’s Taste America®: Miami | October 29

The James Beard Foundation brings its Taste America® series to Miami with a special pop-up dinner at Sra. Martinez on October 29. Chef Aaron Brooks of Sunny’s will collaborate with Chef Michelle Bernstein to create a menu that champions Good Food for Good®.

This dinner combines world-class culinary talent with a mission to support local independent restaurants and promote sustainable practices. Taste America®: Miami is a perfect evening for food enthusiasts looking to enjoy sophisticated flavors while supporting a meaningful cause.

Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival | December 11 – 14

The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival celebrates its 18th year with four days of culinary indulgence. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Palm Beach when South Florida’s weather is at its finest, this festival combines world-renowned chefs, curated wine selections, and elegant resort settings.

New highlights for 2025 include:

  • Par-Tee at the Park (Dec 13): A walk-around tasting at The Park in West Palm Beach, featuring chefs like Jason Van Bomel, Ashley Christensen, Leah Cohen, and more.
  • Bubbles & Bites: A Yacht Rock Experience (Dec 13): Poolside at PGA National Resort, with sparkling wines, inventive cocktails, and chef-crafted bites from culinary heavyweights.
  • Daniel & Friends Brunch (Dec 14): Iconic brunch at Café Boulud’s garden courtyard with Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Christopher Zabita.

Returning for its seventh year, the Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival transforms Fort Lauderdale into a weeklong culinary playground. Michelin-recognized restaurants, James Beard-nominated chefs, and national culinary stars converge to offer interactive experiences, tastings, and live demonstrations.

In partnership with Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, VLFWF brings together Michelin-recognized restaurants, James Beard-nominated talent, and national culinary stars, offering a weeklong epicurean experience like no other.
