Macchialina
This holiday season, Macchialina, Miami Beach’s beloved brick-walled trattoria will be offering an exclusive Christmas Eve tasting menu hand-crafted by Chef Michael Pirolo in addition to the restaurant’s regular a la carte menu. Chef’s five-course tasting menu is $59 per person plus tax and gratuity and will be offered Sunday thru Thursday 6PM – 11PM and Friday/Saturday from 6PM – 11:30PM with the exception of Christmas Day when the restaurant will be CLOSED. Miami’s most coveted Italian hotspot will also be offering a wine pairing priced at an additional $32 per person.

Jaya at The Setai, Miami Beach
On December 24th bright and early, Jaya at The Setai, Miami Beach will be kicking off the holiday season with a themed Breakfast Buffet From 7AM – 11AM priced at $44 per person, excluding taxes and service charge; an a la carte breakfast menu will also be available. In a delectable continuation of the Christmas festivities, Jaya diners are encouraged to join Executive Chef Vijay Veena for an elaborate, “East meets West” a la carte dinner that will highlight an array of Asian-inspired plates along with American staple dishes. The East meets West dinner will be available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 6PM – 10:30PM.
Guests are also encouraged spend Christmas Day at Jaya for a festive brunch. The lavish brunch buffet will include an impressive culinary spread with traditional and non-traditional selections from the restaurant’s “Festive Menu” as well as several dessert and raw bar selections, displayed on an elaborate ice sculpture. Diners can expect enhanced stations, free-flowing Louis Roederer Champagne and live jazz in the courtyard. Christmas Eve & Day at BLT Prime at Trump National Doral is a festive affair, with a three-course prix fixe tasting menu from Chef Steve Mendez offered at $98 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Guests can dine on holiday favorites like Pumpkin Maple Bisque with cardamom, crispy leeks and candied ginger; roast duck with Brussels sprouts succotash, mushrooms, corn, tomatoes, wild rice pilaf and amaretto sauce and molten strawberry short cake with white chocolate, compressed rhubarb, and Greek yogurt sorbet among other options. Dinner will be offered both nights from 5PM – 10:30PM and the regular menu will also be available.
