Siena Tavern Miami Beach by Chef Fabio Viviani is something Miami Culinary Tours is waiting to be open. I will be updating this blog post but we are so excited that Siena Tavern by Favio Viviani is opening in Miami Beach where China grill used to be. That space has been empty now for more than a year or so and we so much look forward to this place opening. We met with Favio Viviani and Tara Soloman, and I think this restaurant will bring what Miami Beach needs; real people (Favio is a sweetheart!) making good food paired with first class service, something that Miami lacks. Of course you have great chefs in Miami Beach but I am truly hoping this place will be a place where we can bring our large groups on our culinary tours. Stay tuned, Mirka and I will be going to the opening on November 7th and I will report on the food.
