Seagrape Thanksgiving dinner

Just in time for the holidays, guests can celebrate Thanksgiving at Seagrape, opening on Friday, November 21, at the brand new Thompson Miami Beach.

The restaurant will be offering a special pre-fixe menu for $65 per person (excluding gratuity). The feast begins with a salad of baby Swank greens, shaved persimmon, candied pecans and pecorino ribbons, dressed with a cider vinaigrette. Served family-style, guests can enjoy turkey with all the trimmings, potato purée, haricot vert, clementine cranberry sauce, brioche stuffing and pan gravy. For dessert indulge in pumpkin pie panna cotta with roasted butternut squash, torched marshmallows, cranberry-grape jam, graham streusel and creme fraiche Chantilly.
