The award-winning Italian eatery located at the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach will offer a sumptuous Sunday Brunch

Diners will get the chance to savor Scott Conant’s brunch favorites for an unbeatable price. Creating a setting as memorable as the cuisine, Scarpetta features three distinct dining areas including a picturesque wraparound veranda offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Fontainebleau’s iconic poolscape. Available from 11:30AM to 3PM, the famed restaurant will greet brunch guests with a complimentary Aperol Gin Spritz consisting of Gin, Aperol, lemon juice and prosecco – the perfect start to Sunday Funday.

Renowned celebrity chef Scott Conant works hand-in-hand with the restaurant’s skilled kitchen team and Chef de Cuisine, Christopher Li to safeguard the authenticity and soulful sophistication of the eatery. “After celebrating a decade of Scarpetta, we are so proud to be one of the top Italian dining destinations in South Florida,” comments Conant, who opened the restaurant in 2008. “This is why we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Sunday Brunch where we will share some of my favorite mid-morning dishes while also being mindful and staying true to our core values - fresh ingredients prepared simply and deliciously.”

Priced at $59++ per person, guests can indulge in an expansive buffet-style spread featuring only top-quality ingredients and all the right temptations. Dive into an array of Chilled Seafood; a Salad station highlighting seasonally inspired menu items; a unique Timpano Station; a made-to-order Frittata Action Station; a robust line-up of Italian Cured Meats & Cheeses and a Dessert station featuring a variety of treats to satisfy all your sweet cravings.

In addition to the buffet offerings, all tables will begin with a spread of assorted Italian Cured Meats & Cheeses alongside house-baked bread and caponata. In true Scarpetta fashion, guests will be served the restaurant’s classic Tomato & Basil Spaghetti and Duck & Foie Gras Ravioli tableside. Guests will also be able to choose from a selection of sumptuous entrées including Lobster Benedict, Chicken Parmigiano, Filet Mignon and more. For an additional $25 per person, brunch goers can upgrade their experience with unlimited Prosecco, Bellinis, and Mimosas. For an additional $50 per person, guests can upgrade to unlimited Taittinger Brut Champagne
