Miami Beach’s award-winning Caribbean inspired al fresco bar, The Rum Line, has launched a new weekly Happy Hour Thursday through Sunday from 4 to 7PM.

Wind down the week with a variety of playful bites by Executive Chef John Iatrellis including a rotating selection of fresh oysters for $1.25 each; a refreshing Conch Salad ($3) with citrus segments, bell peppers, red onions, cherry tomatoes and cilantro; a savory Mini Oyster Po’boy ($4) with spicy mustard aioli; Shrimp Tostones ($3) topped with mango salsa; and Crispy Calamari ($4) with charred lemon and smoked chili glaze.

Named “Best Cocktail Bar” by the Miami New Times, guests can cheers to The Rum Line’s Happy Hour menu of classic libations for $8 each including a Mojito with Cruzan Aged Rum, mint, lime, sugarcane and soda water; a Daiquiri made with Cana Brava, lime and sugar; and the inventive Jungle Bird with Blackstrap infused Santa Teresa Anejo Campari, lime and pineapple.
