Not all pools are created equal! Enter The Raleigh. The Grande Dame of South Beach with one of the world’s most recognizable pools is now inviting guests to take a dip after dining poolside on Sundays this summer. The Restaurant at The Raleigh, under the direction of Executive Chef Josh Elliott, is launching a three-course pre-fixe brunch for $49 with options including Avocado Tartine with radish and pickled shallots and Cuban Benedict with mustard hollandaise. During brunch guests can relax under the shade of the sea grape trees or dance along with the live Latin band. Included in the price is access to the fabulous art deco pool, made famous in the mid-20th Century by silver screen star Esther Williams. The pool features a dramatic curly-que design with a shallow ledge along the edge perfect for sitting and keeping cool, or wading along with little ones. Other charming design details include a former diving board converted to a beautiful water feature, and former lifeguard headquarters reimagined as The Pool Bar and serving up chilled towels and handcrafted cocktails including The Esther Williams with Lillet Blanc, raspberry, blackberry, basil, lemon and sparkling wine. Valet parking is available to brunch guests for just $5.
