Quattro Gastronomia Italiana Will Celebrate This New Year’s Eve

Quattro will celebrate this New Year’s Eve by serving a delicious Italian dinner, beginning at 4 p.m. Antipasti offerings include tartare di filetto all’albese e tartufo bianco – tartar of filet mignon, artichoke salad, crispy parmigiano reggiano and white truffle ($55) and astice in insalata di misticanze con salsa all senape – main lobster salad with baby Boston lettuce and mustard dressing ($28). Primi selections include raviolini del plin al foi gras, foie gras ravioli with foie gras sauce ($29) and risotto al tartufo bianco, carnaroli risotto with white truffle (m/p). Secondi or entrée selections include cotechino con lenticcie al rosmarino, traditional Italian sausage with black lentils ($29) – this is a traditional Italian plate where you make a wish before you eat it to bring you good luck in the New Year – and nodino di vitello scaloppato con salsa al tartufo, pure e cavolini, sliced grilled veal chop with truffle sauce, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts ($55).
