Lunch on Lincoln Road is about to be more fulfilling. Beginning Monday, May 15th, Quattro will offer a special summer lunch menu that will be available weekdays from 12PM to 6PM. For only $25, diners can enjoy two courses plus dessert. Regular a la carte menu is still available all day.
The new prix fixe menu by Executive Chef Luciano Sautto has something for everyone. “I wanted to create a reasonably priced option for customers to try some of the amazing dishes Quattro has to offer,” says Chef Sautto.
Items available for the first course include a Tuna Pizza – crispy flat bread topped with tuna carpaccio, red onion and spicy mayo; Insalata Di Misticanze E Caprino – a light dish with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red onions and crispy goat cheese; and Polpette In Umido – meatballs in San Marzano tomato sauce and topped with buffalo mozzarella.
Offerings for the main course are hearty including Penne Primavera – Penne pasta with organic garden vegetables; Spaghetti Alla Carbonara – classic spaghetti topped with egg yolk, guanciale, Pecorino Romano and a touch of cream; Cotoletta Di Pollo – a thin, breaded chicken breast accompanied by an arugula and cherry tomato salad; and Dentice Alla Griglia – grilled red snapper filet with ramesco sauce. Following the decadent meal is dolci, featuring a selection of home-made gelato. Priced at $25 (excluding tax and gratuity), it’s a delicious lunchtime treat for locals and visitors alike – whether it’s a power lunch or an al fresco mid-day meal while vacationing in South Beach.
Reservations are strongly suggested. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily.
