One of South Beach’s finest restaurants, Prime Fish, has introduced its mouthwatering menu for this year’s Miami Spice. Beginning August 1, guests can indulge in an extravagant three-course meal for $39. Appetizers include Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with Alaskan King Crab, Hawaiian Big Eye Tuna Tartar with avocado, spice mayo and cassava crackers, and Petrossian Smoked Salmon with Johnny Cake and Chive Crème Fraiche. Diners can than choose from a Seafood Caliente dish served with new potatoes, corn on the cobb and grilled bread with the option to add a Main Lobster Tail for an extra $20, Pan Seared Branzino with orange braised fennel and aji Amarillo puree, or a Spicy Vietnamese Skirt Steak with Asian sprout salad, roasted peanuts and basil and sriracha mayo as their main entrée. A delicious Trio of House Made Cupcakes will be offered as well as Ice Cream or Sorbet to complete the meal. For an additional $15 a person, guests can enjoy a wine pairing with each entrée, including an Etude Pinot Noir Rose, a Pali Pinot Noir and a Brachetto d’Acqui Marenco.
