Enjoy a la carte brunch items including Short Rib Hash; Prosciutto Benedict; French Toast; Falafel Chicken & Waffle; and a signature Breakfast Gyro. Brunch isn’t complete without a toast to Mom with creative cocktails such as Lavish Indulgence – Tito’s, lavender/blueberry syrup, lemon and soda; Clear-Eyed Maria – Los Magos Sotol, tomato water, cucumber-celery juice and lime; Fig Old Fashioned – fig-infused bourbon, Demerara syrup, Angostura and orange bitters; “Greek Salad” Martini; and Santorini Sour. Ya Mas! also features an array of Spritzes such as the Sevilla Sunset – Tanqueray Sevilla Orange, Ramazzotti Amaro and Pellegrino Blood Orange and the St. Tropez – Ketel One Grapefruit Rose, Pamplemousse Grapefruit Cordial and Sparkling Wine.
