Scarpetta, the award-winning Italian restaurant inside Fontainebleau Miami Beach resort, invites guests to celebrate Mother’s Day alongside ocean and poolscape views. Led by James Beard award recipient Scott Conant, Scarpetta’s Sunday, May 8 menu will include four courses of fine cuisine. Start with antipasti options such as tuna tartare, burrata, or insalata verde. Primi piatti dishes include spaghetti or duck and foie gras ravioli with secondi piatti of branzino, braised short ribs, or chicken. All pair perfectly with signature cocktails including a Lavanda 75 of Oxley gin, Luxardo maraschino, lavender, and prosecco or a Don Franco composed of Carpano Antica, Amaro Nonino, Jack Daniels, and Scarpetta bitters. End the meal with a sweet treat of strawberry guava panna cotta, mascarpone espresso fondente, or Valrhona chocolate terrina. The menu is priced at $85 per adult and $42.50 per child (12 years and younger) and will be offered from 2PM - 9PM. Beverages, taxes, and service charges are not included in the price.
