WHO/WHAT: Fontainebleau’s laidback eatery, Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina, will be hosting a four-course prix-fixe Tequila Revolución pairing dinner complete with Mexican-inspired dishes and delicious craft cocktails made with Tequila Revolución’s Blanco, Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo varieties. The exclusive dinner will take place on May 18 at 8PM – hosted by Tequila Revolución’s National Sales Director, Adrian Sosa. The menu – featuring carefully paired dishes by Chef de Cuisine Timothy Elmore includes – Elote, Carne Asada Tostada, La Cabra and Mexican Chocolate Flourless Cake.
