Guests can create their own artisanal pink-sauce pizza while contributing to a great cause.

Miami, FL – Sept. 26, 2016--- The time has come for the annual October National

Breast Cancer Awareness Month, when pink is the color of choice, and at Tino’s, pizza

is no different. The local eatery is joining the masses to spread awareness and

generate donations by hosting a pizza-making event where guests can create their

very own pizza pie with pink sauce.

The event will be held at two different times (6:30pm and 8:30pm) on Thursday, Oct.

20, 2016. For only $22 per person, guests can enjoy the hands-on pleasure of crafting

their own pizza using a variety of fresh ingredients with custom-made pink pizza

sauce. Aside from being a fun, family-friendly activity, the newly-minted pizza chefs

can also feel good about contributing to a worthy cause. Five dollars of each ticket

purchased, as well as any donations, will go to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer

Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and advancing

the research knowledge on both the causes and treatment for breast cancer.

“It was important that we did something fun and memorable for this initiative, which

has become such an important part of our culture every month of October,” said chef

and owner, Constantine De Lucia. “And I can guarantee no one’s seen a pink pizza.”

Upon arriving, guests will receive pre-cooked dough that serves as the base for the

delicious and innovative dinner. They will choose from a variety of delicious options

at the toppings bar, including mushrooms, peppers, onions, meats, cheese, and of

course, pink pizza sauce. The pizzas will then be placed within Tino’s 900-degree

wood-fired oven that can bake a pizza in 90 seconds or less.

Each pizza-maker will be able to indulge in their own creation, as well as receive a

complimentary glass of rosé to pair with their pink pizza. Guests are encouraged sit

back, relax, and enjoy their meal either at a table inside or in Tino’s wine garden.

“This is all for a great cause,” said De Lucia. “So, I’m hoping everyone not only has a

great time and enjoys their pizza, but to remember what it all represents.”
