Miami’s own fast-casual success story, Pincho Factory, is celebrating another big win at the 7th Annual Burgerliscious Festival that took place this past Thursday, November 2, 2017. Presented by the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, the event hosted more than twenty restaurants which went head-to-head to compete to see who has the best burger in town.
For the third year in a row, the beloved restaurant won the coveted Best in Bun award – in addition to People’s Choice – for their classic Pincho Burger topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, potato sticks, and their famous secret pink sauce. This year’s win further cemented the restaurant’s reputation as an all-around fan-favorite.
The winning burger and other signature menu items will be available at future locations set to open throughout Broward County. The concept launched by cousins and business partners Nedal Ahmad, Otto Othman and Nizar Ahmad, along with recent franchise partner Jonathan Vilma, has eight operating locations, two outlets inside the AmericanAirlines Arena, and three additional stores set to open – one by year end and the others to follow in 2018.

About Pincho Factory
Founded in 2010 by cousins Nedal Ahmad, Otto Othman and Nizar Ahmad, Pincho Factory, Inc., is a family-owned, Miami-based fast-casual culinary brand. Now with eight Florida locations, two outlets in the AmericanAirlines Arena, and franchising in place, this unique concept is preparing for major expansion. Serving elevated street food in vibrant, casual spaces – perfect for a lunch away from the office or a late-night bite with family or friends – Pincho Factory is both something uniquely Miami and, like the city of its birth, very international.
