Pascal’s on Ponce Joins sister restaurant Brasserie Central for its first annual Easter in the Courtyard at The Village of Merrick Park

Two of Miami’s hottest French restaurants -- Pascal's on Ponce and sister restaurant Brasserie Central – are joining forces for their first annual Easter in the Courtyard at Brasserie Central at The Village of Merrick Park. Taking place onSunday, April 5 from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm, a mist the gorgeous outdoor courtyard, Chef/Owner Pascal Oudin and executive chef Fabien Micard will cook-up a glorious three-course prix fixe brunch featuring top dishes from both popular Coral Gables haunts, as well as special Easter classics and bottomless mimosas for only$45 per person, excluding tax and gratuities.

Appetizer and main choices include Salade Lyonnaise - Frisée lettuce, soft poached egg, bacon lardon and crunchy croutons; Patè Campagnard – delectable country style pate served alongside cornichons and Dijon mustard; Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal, and Saumon Fumè Ecossais – smoked salmon, tomato, capers and crème fraiche;Oeufs Florentine – perfectly poached eggs with ham, spinach, hollandaise sauce and toasted baguette; the savory Croque Monsieur Ou Croque Madame; Quiche Lorraine; the classic Omelette aux Fines Herbes – three egg omelet with potato, herbs and gruyere cheese; Cuisse De Canard A L’oeuf Mollet – duck confit and Salardaise potato, topped with a soft boiled egg; Boudin Blanc Truffle – truffle white boudin, apple and mashed potatoes; Galette de Sarrasin Au Jambon et Fromage – buckwheat crepes with ham, gruyere cheese and béchamel; or theOnglet A L’echalotte – hanger steak with shallot sauce and french fries. Oudin’sDessert options are traditional French treats including Crêpes Suzette; Ile Flottante– floating island with vanilla crème anglaise; and a creamy Mousse Au Chocolat.  An all day Bistro menu will be offered as well.
