If you have read this blog before you very well know our collective passion for Peruvian cuisine. I particularly became inlove with this type of cuisine after (by accident) being introduced to traditional Peruvian cuisine by a co-worker at a job that had nothing to do with food (so long are those days, thank god). But I will never forget when I took the first bite if chupe de camarones, I thought at that time; oh god, thank for the
