Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island takes away the holiday hassle with travel deals and seasonal meals

RIVIERA BEACH, SINGER ISLAND, Fla. – Dec. 1, 2016 – For those looking to embrace the holiday season minus the decorating, hosting, cooking and planning, Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa is gladly stepping in to provide all of the holiday cheer without the usual hassle.

The AAA Four Diamond-rated all-suite resort, located on its own private beach, is offering a Suite Holidays by the Beach package, which includes overnight accommodations, use of two beach chairs and a beach umbrella, a cookie decorating kit upon arrival, and $50 resort credit. 3800 Ocean, the resort’s award-winning signature beachfront restaurant providing sweeping ocean views and world-class cuisine, is planning three special meals on Christmas Day for travelers dreaming of a white (sand) Christmas:

· Beginning at 8 a.m., a Breakfast Morning Buffet will feature a hot buffet of mouthwatering items like Ricotta Cheese Blintz with Fresh Berry Compote; Steak and Eggs with Rosti Potato, Spinach and Crispy Pancetta; Belgian Waffles with Pear and Berry Compote and Cinnamon Chantilly; and Nutella and Banana French Toast. A seafood station, bagels, parfaits, smoothies, pastries, omelets and more will also be available. The breakfast buffet ends at 10:30 a.m., and is $28 for adults and $14 for children under 12.

· A Grand Christmas Buffet from noon until 3 p.m. will include a carving station featuring Roasted Turkey with Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce; Herb Crusted Prime Rib with Truffle Cauliflower and Foie Gras Jus; and Atlantic Salmon Coulibac with Creamed Spinach and Wild Mushroom. There will also be a raw bar, ceviche bar, cheese and charcuterie station, pasta and salad stations, and a selection of small plates, like Jerk Braised Short Ribs with Okinawa Sweet Potato; Lobster Mac and Cheese with Roasted Cauliflower-Parmesan Crust; and Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Duck

· Confit and Charred Corn Succotash. A selection of seasonal desserts and a full bar will be available. The meal is $65 for adults and $18 for children under 12.

· Finally, at 5 p.m., the Christmas Dinner Prix Fixe begins with a selection of appetizers – Roasted Sea Scallop, Roasted Pumpkin Bisque, Roasted Seasonal Vegetable Terrine or Port Poached Pear and Baby Lettuce. Following the first course, guests can choose one of the following entrées: Slow Braised Beef Short Rib, Duck Two Ways, Winter Fruit-Stuffed Chicken Breast, or Roasted Salmon Mignon. The pastry chef will also display seasonal pastries and desserts. The meal is $65 for adults, with a special a la carte Kids Menu provided.

Next comes Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island’s 2017 New Year’s Celebration on Dec. 31. A festive three-course menu will be served from 5-7 p.m. ($65 per person,) with items such as Truffle-Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Pan-Roasted Grouper and Wild Mushroom Risotto. Later in the evening, a four-course dinner will be served from 8-10:30 p.m. ($125 per person,) with an amuse bouche of House-Smoked Salmon on Brioche with Roe Pearls, Mint Gel, Citrus and Truffle Foam to start, and additional choices for starters and entrees, including Crab and Avocado Tian and Grilled Colorado Rack of Lamb. Guests at the later seating also enjoy a complimentary Champagne toast, live entertainment, available VIP space, and complimentary valet, with DJ and dancing until 2 a.m.
