Miami, FL (February 27, 2014) … OTC Restaurants and Wynwood Brewing Company have partnered for a delicious night of pairings with a distinct menu exclusively prepared for the evening by Chef Jacob Anaya and the craft beers of Wynwood Brewing Company. The culinary event will be at OTC, 1250 South Miami Avenue, on Saturday, March 8th at 7 p.m. Limited seating for 50 persons. Cost per person is $65 (plus tax and tip). Chef Jacob Anaya, formerly from Azul at the Mandarin Oriental and who has been invited to the James Beard House this summer, will prepare a glorious feast for the senses carefully paired with the “Handmade in Miami” craft beers of the Wynwood Brewing Co. The evening will commence with passed appetizers of Okinawan Sweet Potato Croquettes and Shrimp Toast paired with La Rubia, WBCo.’s American Blonde Ale. The culinary experience will continue with a sit down presentation of two entrees: a Flavors of the Sun dish which includes Satuma oranges, ruby grapefruit, tangelo, Minneola, Japanese cucumbers and Greek Yogurt; and a Squid Ink Spanish Rice. These two entrees will be presented with the new WBCo’s seasonal BTM Wheat beer and the Dry-Hopped Citra Magic City. The evening will conclude with a “pimped-out” Ice Cream Sundae paired with Cup of Jose, the tasty Panther Coffee treated Pop’s Porter.
