The South Beach Food Tour lasted 3-4 hours. Small group of 6 folks plus Mirka. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the S. Beach life and cuisine, having lived there most of her life. We went to probably 6 locations within 6 block radius, trying empanadas from different latin countries, organic pizza, a Jewish deli, gelato store, etc.. The additional value of this tour was the knowledge of the architecture of various buildings, the fascinating stories of each building made us feel like we were on a foodie-historical tour of S. Beach! Wished it could last another 3 hours, but all good things must come to an end. If you get Mirka as your tour guide, you're in good hands.

We enjoyed traveling to the different restaurants and sampling all the great foods from various countries. Also, we learned about the culture and history of South Beach and enjoyed our guide's informative narrative. The group we were with were from other countries and we all enjoyed each other's company.

On Wednesday evening September 18, 4 of us attended the South Beach Food Tour, and Anna was our tour guide. And what a great guide she was providing excellent descriptions of each sampling and so much information on the history of various buildings, as well as the area in general. We were on the evening tour, and had so much to eat and with such variety. If there is one suggestion I would have it is that the very last food we had which was perhaps a pizza in a wrap was so delicious, but many of us were full. and therefore, could not finish it. I wonder if that particular serving could be moved up as I tried to discreetly discard 1/2 of it, and I am sure the young couple who owned the store must have noticed.. The only reason I did so was I simply had no more room after ingesting so much wonderful food. We met many people from all over the world, and everyone was so friendly and mixed well which added to the enjoyment. This is the third Zerve food walking tour I have had the pleasure of attending. The first was in Old Scottsdale with only 2 of us in attendance. We enjoyed it so much that when we were in NYC in May of this year we attended the Chelsea Market/Meat Packing tour which was excellent as well. I am sure I will be searching out Zerve tours on upcoming visits.

The tour guide was to the point while being informative and more importantly the food is great. Come hungry because you will not be able to eat everything.

The culinary tour is something that I really recommend, because there you'll get to know some really good restaurants (which aren't just touristic) and you also get some interesting informations about south beach, some famous spots, and more. But book the tour for one of your first days here in miami, because then you'll have enough time to visit one of the restaurants again, which you really liked.

This was a mother/daughter weekend. The guide was very entertaining and knowledgable.we loved the Art Deco tour. The food was good not exceptional. Anglers served a very tasty serviche. The Argentinian restaurant was excellent. They also served a nice beer. The Cuban shredded pork and rice black bean dish was okay. Would have liked a fancier dessert. One small rugula from the Jewish deli was a let down, after viewing all the other fare in the cases. Of course, we had gelato on Esplanda Way. Would have been nice to try one of those Mexican restaurants. The mother lode pizza was very good. All in all, I would recommend the tour.

Great tour, lots of great facts about South Beach (food, architecture, history). Food was AWESOME. Went back to one of the spots the very next night!

The tour was great! The guide was great! One of the best tours to experience Miami! Highly recommend the tour!!
