For a sit-down dinner, guests can select from Katsuya (min. $90/person at first seating or $150 at the second seating) or The Bazaar by José Andrés (min. $175/person at first seating or $350 at the second seating). The tasting menu at The Bazaar also includes one bottle of Moet Chandon or Dom Perignon depending on the package selected as well as complimentary entrance to Hyde Night Club (flier attached) after midnight and a party favor for those at the second seating. Guests can select from a la carte or prix fix ($95) menus at Fi’lia which will feature a DJ and bottle of champagne with the prix fix menu. After dinner, enjoy cocktails at SAAM Lounge with a live Latin band and a champagne toast at midnight.
