Menin Hospitality’s newest culinary destination in SoFi, Red Ginger, is featuring a Japanese inspired three-course dinner during Miami Spice. Beginning August 1 through September 30, guests are offered a choice of one izakaya option, one main dish, and a dessert for $39 per person with beverage options for an additional $8 that includes a pinot grigio, pinot noir or cava. Izakaya or small plate choices include the Miso Eggplant, bonito, sesame; Chicken Meatballs, sansho-ko, micro chives; and El Mar Ceviche, tuna, salmon, octopus, wahoo, aji limo, with mains such as the Miso Sea Bass, saikyo miso, spinach, coconut foam, garlic confit or Sushi or Sashimi Combo, hamachi, tuna, salmon, tomago. To end the night, guests will be served a delectable mochi dessert.
