Keeping in step with the challenging, ever-shifting demands of the COVID age, Navé in Coconut Grove, the acclaimed restaurant by chefs/partners Michael Beltran and Justin Flit (part of Beltran’s Ariete Hospitality Group), will transition to takeout and delivery only on Wednesday, July 15. Available Wednesday through Sunday from 5PM to 10PM, the special menu will give fans (and the uninitiated) an opportunity to enjoy some of the restaurant’s signature dishes in the comfort of their own homes.
Takeout options abound including an array of pastas – tagliatelle Bolognese, lasagna, bucatini with clams, etc. – as well as delicious smalls plates such as a shaved Brussel sprout salad and lamb ribs. Main plates will also be on offer including snapper Milanese and the Navé burger – onion-milk bun, sharp white cheddar, and onion. Additionally, Navé will feature rotating themed menus such as Proof Burger nights, among others.
Navé’s sister restaurants, Ariete, The Taurus, and Chug’s, continue to serve guests with outdoor seating only as well as takeout and delivery. Menus can be found via social media platforms.
