National Taco Day is coming up on Tuesday, October 4 and Miami’s first taqueria/speakeasy COYO Taco is celebrating the ultimate Taco Tuesday with 50% off a selection of 13 tacos, all locations, all day long. With COYO’s ‘Todo es Fresco’ (or ‘Everything Fresh’) philosophy, guests can expect tacos featuring hand-pressed tortillas, locally sourced and naturally raised ingredients, and unforgettable flavors.
From classics like Carne Asada with char-grilled angus steak to vegetarian Coliflor with roasted cauliflower to limited edition specials like the Pork Campechano with pork cracklings, there are truly tacos for everyone.
What’s more, COYO is offering two lucky amigos a free trip to Mexico with their National Taco Day sweepstakes.
Miami’s freshest street food experience, COYO Taco is a trendy and laid back taqueria serving authentic Mexican fare with a modern twist. In January 2015, Coyoacan native Alan Drummond, along with vibe visionary Sven Vogtland, joined forces with seasoned Chef/partner Scott Linquist, to create a restaurant concept that the city of Miami has come to know and love. COYO’s flagship restaurant-venue is located in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, and is open for lunch, dinner, and late-night service. The chic, yet simple space features indoor/outdoor dining with communal seating, and a speakeasy lounge complete with a collection of Mezcals and a weekly rotation of cutting-edge music programming, all complemented by a state of the art sound system. At COYO, guacamole is smashed to order and tortillas are handcrafted in Mexican tradition. Staying true to its Todo es Fresco or ‘Everything Fresh’ philosophy, produce is locally sourced, meat and seafood are naturally raised, and signature margaritas are made from scratch. COYO Taco has five locations in South Florida with international outposts in Santo Domingo, Paris and Lisbon.
