· 2016 Miami Spice Mash Up/Mix-Up Dinner Series: Now in its second iteration, the GMCVB has partnered with two of Miami’s highly-acclaimed meat masters for an exclusive culinary experience. Chef Patrick Rebholz (Miami Beach’s award-winning steakhouse, Quality Meats) and Chef Aaron Brooks (Edge Steak & Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami) will prepare and reveal one-of-a-kind dishes, featured on their upcoming Miami Spice menus. Seating is limited and reservations must be made in advance via phone at 305-340-3333. The cost is $65 per person, not including tax, gratuity and bar.
