Miami Spice 2026 is still going strong, and with September bringing refreshed menus and new dishes, there is still plenty of time to explore some of Miami’s best restaurants at a prix-fixe price.
Miami Spice is one of the best times of year to experience the city’s diverse dining scene. From contemporary Italian cuisine in Brickell to Michelin-starred French restaurants in the Miami Design District, the annual dining program gives locals and visitors the opportunity to try something new while enjoying specially curated three- and four-course menus.
As we head into the second half of Miami Spice, several restaurants have introduced new dishes to their September menus. Here are a few worth adding to your Miami dining list.

Located on the 54th floor of 830 Brickell, Seia combines contemporary Italian cuisine with sweeping views of Miami, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
For September, Seia has refreshed its Miami Spice menus with several new dishes.
The three-course lunch menu is $40 per person and is available Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 3 PM. New additions include Insalata di Cesare with baby gem lettuce and double-baked crouton, Pomodori e Burrata, Pollo alla Cacciatora and Pacchero al Limone. For dessert, the Cannolo Siciliano is a standout featuring chocolate chips and ricotta.
For dinner, the three-course menu is $65 per person and is available Sunday through Thursday from 5 PM to 10:30 PM. New dishes include Pomodori e Burrata, Branzino with eggplant and cherry tomatoes, and Gnocchi Zucchini e Gamberi with shrimp, zucchini, Parmesan and basil.
Optional wine pairings are also available with both lunch and dinner.
If you’re looking for a Miami Spice experience with great food and impressive city views, Seia is definitely worth considering.

If you prefer dining outdoors, The Patio at The Joyce brings the Miami Spice experience outside with its open-air setting on Española Way.
The Patio offers three prix-fixe options throughout Miami Spice: a $40 lunch menu, $65 dinner menu and $95 dinner menu, available Wednesday through Sunday.
The menu highlights the restaurant’s modern American approach, with dishes such as the Joyce Patio Burger, Baja Crispy Snapper Crunchwrap, Hamachi Crudo, Steak Tartare and Skirt Steak. Guests can also choose from a selection of house-made desserts.
The Patio follows the same ingredient-focused approach as The Joyce, making it a great option for enjoying Miami Spice while taking advantage of one of Miami Beach’s most lively areas.

For a more elevated Miami Spice experience, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon offers the opportunity to experience the cuisine of one of Miami’s most acclaimed restaurants.
South Florida’s only two-Michelin-starred restaurant is offering two prix-fixe experiences during Miami Spice.
The three-course lunch is $95 per person and is available Friday and Saturday, while the four-course dinner is $155 per person and is available Tuesday through Sunday.
The menus feature dishes such as Foie Gras Royale, Heirloom Tomato and Roasted Beet Salad, Halibut Brandade, Iberico Pork Presa and Black Forest Chocolate Crémeux.
The restaurant’s modern French cuisine focuses on exceptional ingredients and meticulous technique, making this a Miami Spice option for those looking to make their dining experience a little more special.

Also located in the Miami Design District, Le Jardinier offers a Michelin-starred Miami Spice experience with a focus on seasonal ingredients and contemporary French cuisine.
The restaurant is offering a three-course lunch for $40 per person and a three-course dinner for $65 per person, available Tuesday through Sunday.
Menu highlights include Watermelon Gazpacho, Burrata with heirloom tomatoes and jasmine tea, Sea Bass Crudo, Steelhead Trout with pil pil sauce, Pappardelle Pasta with Parmesan crème fraîche and artichokes, and Roasted Chicken with chanterelles and fennel.
Dessert options include Strawberry Éclair, Caramel Sabayon and a plant-based Ice Cream & Sorbet Trio.
With its refined setting and seasonal menu, Le Jardinier is another great option for those looking to explore Miami’s Design District during Miami Spice.
One of the best things about Miami Spice is the variety. Whether you’re looking for a casual lunch, an outdoor dinner or an elevated Michelin-starred experience, there are restaurants across Miami offering something different.
September is also a great time to revisit some of your favorite Miami Spice restaurants, especially when chefs refresh their menus with new dishes for the second half of the program.
Miami Spice runs through September 30, so there is still time to make a reservation and experience some of the city’s top restaurants.
Whether you’re a Miami local looking for your next dining destination or visiting the city and want to experience Miami’s food scene, Miami Spice is a great place to start.
